02Do I have to commit after?

No. The first call is a conversation, not a pitch. About half turn into a scoped engagement. The other half do not, and we tell you that on the call.
03What do you need from us?

Thirty minutes and a candid view of the work that is chewing margin. Read access to the three or four systems your work runs on, only if it turns into an engagement.
04Do you resell model APIs or cloud?

No. You pay your own vendor invoices at cost. No markup, no kickbacks.
05What if AI is not the answer?

A common, valid outcome. AI is not the answer to everything, and we will say so plainly when it is not. That does not mean we walk away. The fix is often a workflow redesign, a script, a process change, or a decision the team needed to make, and that work is squarely what we do. You leave with a clear writeup and a pointer to what to fix first, AI or not.
