Do I have to commit to an engagement after?
No. The first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch. About half turn into a scoped engagement; the other half don't, and we tell you that on the call.
What do you need from us?
Thirty minutes and a candid view of the work that's chewing margin. Read access to the three or four systems your work runs on, only if it turns into an engagement.
Who signs the readout?
The founder. Every page. That's the whole point of a practitioner firm.
Do you resell model APIs or cloud?
No. You pay your own vendor invoices at cost. No markup, no kickbacks.
